Information submitted

The service request form may collect contact details, company information, facility details, service requirements, timing, budget information you choose to share, operational constraints and links to documents you provide.

How the information is used

Arcanjo uses the information to evaluate fit, prepare for a site walkthrough, develop a cleaning scope or proposal, respond to the request and maintain a record of the business opportunity.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions on Arcanjo’s behalf. Access should be limited to the owners and people directly involved in responding to or administering the request.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not include advertising trackers by default. It may use local browser storage for functional preferences such as remembering whether a field note was marked helpful. Analytics may be added later and should be disclosed here before launch.

Retention and deletion

Business inquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, follow-up, legal or operational purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, use the service request form and begin the “Anything else” field with “Privacy request,” or write to Arcanjo Commercial Cleaning Services, 103 Wayside Avenue, Suite C, West Springfield, MA 01089.

Security

Arcanjo and its providers use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, deployment platform or information practices change. The effective date above should be updated when material revisions are published.
